Rep. Thompson announced on May 13th that an Appalachian Regional Commission grant would be applied to the Penn Highlands DuBois East Behavioral Health campus. The grant, which totals $1.2 million, will go towards constructing 2,087 feet of new access roads to the upgraded facility.
