“Never in our nation’s history has it been more important to have elected officials committed to these principles and it is incumbent upon us to support them.” – Bob Asher, Republican National Committeeman
A Year In Review
Though it is impossible to totally capture the impact KAP has had on Pennsylvania elections year over year, we feel that creating transparency and engaging our donors in our activities is vital to the process. Here are some helpful data points to show what the Keystone Alliance PAC has been able to accomplish in 2018-2019.
In 2018-19, the Keystone Alliance PAC was able to help 12 elections, including four Pennsylvania Congressional elections. The PAC also gave to a nationally-focused Republican PAC in order to spread our influence further. Next year we hope to contribute to more but we need help from donors like you.
This year, the Keystone Alliance PAC had so many opportunities to contribute to candidates’ elections that we exceeded our original projections. Our initial donations received to the PAC totaled $72,281.79, while our expenditures totaled $94,988.26. This includes our expenses and the cost of our annual event attended by over 90 guests and 7 members of Congress. We hope next year to increase both our donations to federal candidates and our annual event audience. This is only possible with the contributions we receive from our donors. If everyone who read this newsletter gave $500, we would be able to influence at least another 20 elections!
The Year Ahead:
While every year is important in the world of politics, 2020 will prove to be one of the most crucial years our country and this PAC has encountered. This year two of our PA seats have been declared close races by the Cook Political Report, one even being ruled a “toss-up”. With so many seats at stake, it is important that we approach the new year with a healthy war-chest capable of helping incumbent Republicans in Pennsylvania and nation-wide, while also flipping seats in our favor.
In order to secure the future of the Republican Party in Pennsylvania it is vital that we maintain support for our Congressional delegation. Currently, the state is in a tie with 9 Republicans and 9 Democrats. We have a unique opportunity to be able to drastically impact the makeup of our representation in Congress. It is with your help that KAP plans to be at the forefront of the movement to elect PA Republicans.
Please consider donating to KAP ahead of the 2020 election cycle and take a minute to fill out our donor survey to tell us about your experience with the PAC. As always, we are grateful for your continued support of the Keystone Alliance PAC and hope to see you at our future events! From all of us at the Keystone Alliance PAC, Merry Christmas and we wish you well in the New Year!
What is the PAC?
The Keystone Alliance PAC is a multi-candidate Federal PAC based in Pennsylvania. Our mission is to support Federal Candidates that are committed to our core Republican values.. Focusing primarily on Republicans in PA, we strive to support those who share our values of limited government and economic freedom.
What Have We Accomplished?
In 10 years we have spent $1.7 million to help elect PA Republicans, with over half a million in the last 3 years alone.
